The Sheenus ZERO Is an Ultrasonic Polisher that works by putting ultrasonic pulses to the tool tip. Excellent for detail in the open and works in hard to reach places because it does not reciprocate. It has multiple uses including fine material removal and polishing including detailing for mirror finishing on a wide range of materials from steel injection molds and aluminum dies to cemented carbide dies. This tool quickly removes hard layers of EDM deposits and polishes difficult areas such as complex corners and ribs. Capabilities include fine bur removal, surface finishing and polishing of precision molds, dies, electronic and ceramic components.
